Woodland Park follows rigid building standards (ANSI 119.5 standards) and is a Certified Green Manufacturer. These units are built like your own home. They offer all wood stud construction with 16" on center spacing using superior grade lumber. The structure is placed on a high grade steel frame covered by tranverse floor joists and tongue and groove sub-flooring. The house is wrapped with a draft preventing house wrap which envelopes the entire exterior wall structure helping to keep your unit warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Just like your home the roof is constructed with certified roof truss rafters, covered with sturdy roof decking and then protected by a roof moisture barrier before the 25 year shingles are applied. Each unit can be further protected with a super insulations package that includes R-21 fiberglass in the roof and floors with R-13 in the walls.
